We want you to love everything you get from Graupel & Giggles! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

• Returns are accepted within 25 days of delivery.

• All returns are for store credit only (no refunds).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Toys, books, and puzzles are non-refundable.

• Digital downloads, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.

• If you’re exchanging a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement.

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, just email us at [graupelandgiggles@gmail.com] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you from there!
